Drive axle assembly has passed the 500,000 times durability recycling test conducted by CQC. Gear-box and toque converter assembly have passed the continuously running under high load and 1,000,000 times impact durability recycling test conducted by First Scientific Research Institute under General Equipment Department of the CPLA.
The 955A wheel loader is an upgrade product developed on the basis of ZL50E-1 by our company, which combines all the advantages of driving system of ZL50E-1 and ZL50C. With the adoption of defense product technology of our company, the product has succeeded the characteristic of large digging force. The cabin is not only fashionable and novel in external appearance but also roomy and luxurious in inside and meanwhile is configured with integral instrument board. This loader has a large digging capacity and the standard configuration is rock bucket, which will be mainly for the rock operating mode as well as engineering construction, ore yard, fundamental construction and road construction, etc.
Driving System
1. The drive system is provided with Weichai STEYR WD615G220 supercharged diesel engine and flame preheating device, which has good cold-start performance in winter. The adoption of new pattern combined type pre-filter has reduced the occurrence of easy-abrasion; the complete pre-filter and the two-level filters need no maintenance, which also enjoy small air resistance and the pre-filtering exceeds that of the air filter used in desert. This device has solved the problem of being used in harsh environment and extended the repair & maintenance period to make the maintenance period of the filter element by three times.
2. Equipped with the 420 double-guide wheel hydraulic torque converter, the drive system has a circulating circle of 420 in diameter and torque ratio of 3.70, which endows it with the advantages of large diameter of circling circle and torque ratio as well as wide section of highest hydraulic efficiency, etc.
3. The transmission case is a fixed-shaft hydraulic power gearshift one, which uses the techniques of military industry and has large drive gear module, stable in quality and long in service life.
4. The new pattern driving axle produced by our company is advanced in structure, large in bearing capacity and long in operational life.
5. The rear gear is a central oscillation one and the angle reaches ±11°, which can effectively avoid suspension of wheel on the ponding road or the lift off of rear wheel in working.
Hydraulic System
1.The full hydraulic hinge steering is flexible and portable.
2.The “cone and O-ring” double seals that conform to Germany DIN standard are adopted for the hydraulic system of the complete machine to ensure good sealing performance and strong resistance to leakage.
3.The hydraulic system is provided with the general purpose configuration of the industry and the 160 working pump of enlarged output volume. The steering system and working device is separate, which improve reliability, reduce the hydraulic power loss and enhance the fuel efficiency of the complete machine.
4.The hydraulic is configured with independent blotter and oil return screen that can ensure the cleanliness of oil, improve the reliability of the system, decreases failure rate and lengthen the service period of oil.
5.The visual oil scale is applied to the oil tank of motor oil and the oil level can be directly read; with the adoption of vernier, the oil level in the diesel fuel tank can be controlled all the time.
Operating System
1.The integrated type instrument panel is adopted to ensure beautiful appearance and good visibility and effectively improve the working condition of drivers and relief their degree of fatigue.
2.The hydraulic system of working device is provided with the direct manipulation of postposition operated valve, which is the unique characteristic of loaders produced by our company, equivalent to a semi-forerunner manipulation and enjoys high performance/price ratio.
3.The reliable shock absorbing technology of this industry makes the driving more comfortable.
Working Device
1.The front and rear frames have been optimized; meanwhile the bottle neck and some parts are strengthened to be much solid and durable. The longer frame and the larger balance weight improve stability of the complete machine.
2.The working device is provided with optimum design, with the unload height of 3330mm which takes leading position in the standard configuration of this field.
